Entrance
Seems many of these old sites would be best shot in morning light, kind of a bummer, but no wonder; back then people went to bed when the sun went down so they got up early as well and got to see the nicest light all day long.
Wildflowers growing on your grave, can’t ask for much more.
Nicely balanced
Bronze Age carvings
Not easily seen. But not bad to still be there at all after thousands of years of rain and wind.
Farmer at work in the yonder
This stone was put up by the first farmers in Skåne 3600-3200 B.C and there are still local farmers growing food.
Cupmarks
Apparently the most common kind of carvings in Europe.
A lair as well
The underside of the rock offers a safe room for the small enough wildlife
The original gravestone.
Berries!
More berries. Yum!
No wonder folks stayed here.
Butterflies making love
Not butterflies I see often, the inside of the wings has the prettiest blue color. No doubt folks always stopped to look at butterflies.
Fiery passion.
Stones are okay but butterflies are still more fun to shoot, I have to say.
