Working full speed
straight into the evening
Wild cherry trees
growing between fields
Combine behind the waterfall
Not often you've seen water in the air this year.
A fairy gathering
Pretty sure this is gathering meaning things are gonna change for the better. There are even whispers they are plotting world domination. Not sure who will fully benefit though.
Caterpillar in the mailbox
Better than bills. Wonder if it became a butterfly.
A gull's gotta rest.
A feather caught in the web.
One morning there were small, white feathers everywhere ( meaning Everywhere ) and one was caught in the web. Maybe the spider got a night of extra sweet sleep in the soft feather.
Carrier dust trail
Carrier making plenty dust.
there's no happy like cat finding an open milk teat bar happy.
There's still no cool like old skool cool.
In anticipation of Solstice Day.
Never seen a barn with a nicer inside ;)
He had seven Charolais cows in there too, and bulls and calves.
They were nice too.
I guess you could say there is no denying now that the excavator has conquered the sturdy silos.
A cousin said there wasn't much nothing wrong with these concrete silos, they just don't handle grains fast enough anymore. When the big farms 40 minutes away by car is to deliver their harvest here the facility has to be able to process fast and for that you gotta build new silos.
Inte mycket kvar. April 23
A pretty spring pond
in the pasture.
The Cat Challenger
treads hover-like lightly over wetlands unlike a tired tractor.
The Mysterious Pansies
are tough nowadays, I planted them the day before the latest snowstorm hit but they're still doing fine.
A friendly horse.
I could scratch his cheek and he did no bite.
Rolling the newly sown fields
the new-sown field.
My ol man once worked with a man who used to park his tractor in the holes on the fields where no-one could see him, and nap. Those were the days.
Ford V6 wildlife photography.
You can tell the bigger the ears the more they love the low, comforting, purring sound of a V6 at idle. Makes you wanna get a V8.
First bee seen this year
